How Stephanie Helps
Stephanie creates a warm and collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. She uses a strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Stephanie tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of each client, empowering them to make meaningful progress toward their goals.
What Stephanie Works On
Stephanie specializes in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, BFRBs, and life transitions. She is passionate about supporting clients with developmental disabilities and their families. Stephanie is also a certified provider of the Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS), an evidence-based program designed to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other social challenges. Additionally, she brings her certification in Equine-Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) therapy into her work, offering a unique therapeutic experience through equine-assisted interventions.
Stephanie Felde integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into her therapeutic approach to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and emotional challenges. Through EMDR, she provides a safe and structured environment, empowering clients to gain insight, reduce emotional distress, and foster resilience in their journey toward healing.
Stephanie provides a supportive and inclusive space for all individuals, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
