Real, Conversational Care Where the Magic Is in the Connection
Relationships—platonic, familial, romantic—can be deeply fulfilling and just as confusing. If you find yourself managing everyone else’s emotions, struggling to speak up for your own needs, or repeating patterns that leave you feeling unseen, Tatiana offers a place to slow those moments down and begin building something different. Her belief is simple: you’re not broken. You’re human, doing your best with what you’ve been given. Tatiana provides secure teletherapy for clients located in Maryland.Clinical Focus
Much of Tatiana’s work focuses on how early attachment experiences and emotional patterns shape the way we show up in platonic, familial, and romantic relationships. Through curiosity, compassion, and practical tools, she helps clients build awareness, develop self-trust, and create emotional safety within themselves and with others. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s deeper connection, clearer boundaries, and a stronger sense of self. Tatiana supports clients working through people-pleasing and self-abandonment, building healthier boundaries, and cultivating authenticity in the relationship you have with yourself—so you can bring that same awareness into your relationships with others. She has particular experience supporting adult children of emotionally unavailable or inconsistent caregivers, where the work often involves unlearning the coping strategies that kept you safe earlier but aren’t serving who you’re becoming. Many of Tatiana’s clients come in during major shifts—relationship changes, identity exploration, career transitions, and other turning points that ask you to reflect, adjust, and grow. She also helps clients process relational trauma: experiences that have disrupted trust, emotional safety, and connection. The work often explores how those past experiences show up in current relationships and in your relationship with yourself. Tatiana also supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma—integrating her relational, attachment-informed approach with the specific needs these presentations bring. Across all of her work, Tatiana places heavy emphasis on talking things through, unlearning the cultural programming that keeps us small, and empowering clients to take up space as they are. Tatiana’s practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, welcoming clients exploring identity, sexuality, and a fuller sense of self. Tatiana is kink-affirming, meeting clients in the actual shape of their lives. Tatiana’s relational work honors a range of relationship structures—monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and open—making room for the full shape of a client’s life rather than asking anyone to simplify it for the therapy room. Tatiana’s practice is BIPOC-affirming, attentive to cultural context and identity in shaping each client’s experience.Therapeutic Approach
Tatiana’s approach is deeply relational and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She is working toward certification in EMDR in 2026 to further expand her ability to support clients processing and healing from trauma. Rather than leading sessions toward predetermined outcomes, she describes her sessions as structurally unstructured—she shows up intentionally, then empowers clients to take up space and direct the work. In sessions, Tatiana shows up as a real person—warm, grounded, and engaged. She brings curiosity, genuine connection, and humor into the room; offers gentle challenges when needed; and believes laughter can be as healing as tears. Her view of therapy is direct: you’re not broken. You’re human, and the work is about being kept company in the hard parts of being a person while you build something more authentic on the other side. Background, Education & Experience
Tatiana earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Disability Studies from Towson University and her M.S. in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. She has extensive experience in crisis stabilization and has worked across residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and elementary school settings—a breadth that informs her current practice with clients across a wide range of diagnoses and life experiences. Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys trying new restaurants, sweating it out in heated sculpt classes, binge-watching a new show, and loving on her fur babies—who will, without a doubt, stop by during sessions to say hello.Tatiana Is Licensed to Serve Clients in Maryland, and Is In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)/CareFirst and Cigna/Evernorth
